Ronald A. Lowe

Community Development Finance Associate

Ronald ("Ron") A. Lowe is a community development professional with extensive background in community and economic development finance, real estate finance and micro-lending. Since joining the staff of LDC, Mr. Lowe has been responsible for loan development outreach, analyzing loan proposals, and underwriting and preparing loan transaction reports. Prior to joining the LDC, Mr. Lowe owned and operated his own business and has worked with various community development loan funds and organizations as an independent financial consultant in the business and economic industry as well as in the entertainment industry. Mr. Lowe has worked with financial institutions such as FAME Assistance Corporation where he had direct responsibility for their Department of Commerce EDA-RLF programs. Prior to FAME, Mr. Lowe worked with Operation Hope where he was responsible for marketing outreach to minority and women-owned small businesses. Mr. Lowe attended the University of Colorado at Boulder taking courses in business administration and engineering.

Teresa M. Isago

Operations Manager

Ms. lsago is responsible for the management of administrative and accounting operations for the LDC. She supervises all operations staff and contractors and oversees the support of the LDC's finance, portfolio management and advisory services. Ms. Isago joined the LDC in 1996 and has over seven years administrative management of real estate, business finance, and economic development programs. Prior to her employment at the LDC, she worked in Mayor Riordan's Office of Economic Development and served in an administrative capacity for the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration's Strategic Planning Grant and Minority Business Opportunity Committee. Prior to the Mayor's Office Ms. Isago worked as an intern with the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department in its Financial Management Division. Ms. Isago graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a BS in administrative management.
